This is a brand new 3 story townhouse. It has 3 bedrooms each with their own attached full private bathroom. Great large open spaces, laundry washer/dryer access, and full kitchen to cook while you stay. Enjoy a 3rd floor private rooftop deck with downtown Dallas views. Attached 2 car garage for the convenience of parking inside. Smart TV’s with streaming and cable. Also, have the safety and security with a 24 hour Security monitoring system, and smartlock for easy in and out for all the guests!

The space

This is a brand new build 3 story modern townhouse. With 3 rooms that each have their own private full bathrooms, this is great for families or groups.
There are 4 queen beds and 1 queen air mattress per request.

When you first pull up you will be able to easily access the house with a touchpad with a unique pin number I will give your group. Right, when you walk in there is a LARGE downstairs bedroom and living area. It has a full-size dining table/chairs, two queen beds, and a full bathroom. It also has its own mini-fridge!

As you walk up the stairs you will run into the second large room with queen size bed, and its adjoining full bathroom. Also in that bathroom is a washer and dryer for your use anytime!

The main living area and kitchen are on the second floor. The living room has a sectional couch, oversized chair, and a smart TV with Apple TV, Dish Network, Hulu, Netflix and all other apps on the smart TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to eat or cook. It also comes with a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine.

Heading up to the 3rd floor you will find the final bedroom. This room has a queen size Tempurpedic bed, its own full private bathroom, and floor to ceiling windows with a downtown view. This will also lead you out to our favorite spot in the house the 3rd-floor outdoor balcony. With great views of Dallas, privacy, seating, and artificial grass this is a great spot to start the day with your cup of coffee, or end the day with your drink of choice!

Guest access

Guest will have access to the entire townhouse.
